We had the privilege and honor to doing a Next Generations Ministry (children, youth, young adult) staff training for a church that in recent years was ranked by Outreach Magazine in the top 5 fastest growing and in the top 50 largest churches in America. When having lunch with one of their executives about the size and speed of their church, it was encouraging to see their humility and that they did not put too much weight into those statistics. I was an honor to share, train, and serve in a significant and world leading church that is leaving an everlasting mark on the earth.
